We love showing our customers the faces behind the businesses, tell us more about yourself!
I’m a proud Yemeni, Muslim women who has finally started to chase her dreams (own a business). I love enjoying the simple things in life like good food, picnics and walks on the beaches. I hope to travel around the would and would love to explore all of the worlds hidden treasures.

Tell us about your business!
I consider my business to be quiet unique and dear to my heart. I have always eaten Medjool dates all year round since I was a little girl. Being passionate about starting my own business and having a love for dates it only seemed right I brought them together. I stuff the Medjool dates with a array of different flavours and coat them in the finest Belgium chocolate. They are then topped and packaged away in our bespoke boxes.

Did you always think that you would run your own business one day?

If any, what challenges have you experienced as a woman in business?
I have not faced any challenges as a women in business and I hope this continues on.

What advice would you give to other women starting out in business?
Believe in yourself. You are your own cheerleader and you can do anything you put your mind to. Don’t let any obstacle or challenge be to big to get in the way of your own dreams!

Where do you see your business going next?
In the future I hope to see my dates on the shelves of big supermarkets. I hope to have my own website where I am able to cater for large events and ship worldwide. I also hope to expand my chocolate range.
