The beloved Negroni, one to one to one recipe of gin, Campari and sweet vermouth has become the platform on which generations of mixologists have left their thumbprint and today is no exception.  This unique take on the classic involves clarifying cocchi vermouth, Aperol, vodka, ginger, woodworm bitters and grapefruit juice to create clear, fresh, bitter liqueur and combining that with our house infused butterfly pea flower blue gin.  Refreshingly bitter and beautifully balanced.
